My favourite Green smoothie

Calories: 300kcal - Protein: 24g - Carbohydrates: 40g - Fat: 8g

INGREDIENTS:
1 frozen banana
1-1.5 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup spinach
1 tbsp chia seeds

METHOD:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
