INGREDIENTS:
• 1 medium lime
• 1 medium apple
• 1 small cucumber
• ½ medium avocado
• 320ml canned coconut water
• 30g baby spinach leaves
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
• 50g baby kale leaves

METHOD:
1. Chop lime, apple, cucumber and avocado
2. Blend ingredients until smooth.
3. Divide between two glasses, serve immediately.
