INGREDIENTS:
• 2 cups whole almonds
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/4 cup coconut oil
• 1 egg, whisked
• 3 tablespoons fresh ginger
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
• 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• dash of salt

METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 350℃ .
2. Food process or blend the whole almonds with chia seeds.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and form 12 small cookies. Bake for 15 minutes.
