My Story

About Andriana
I am a NZ registered qualified nutritionist
and I have been running a nutrition consultancy business for over 14
years. I have a Bachelor of Science in Diet & Nutrition and I believe
in a holistic philosophy and paying close attention to diet and lifestyle,
connecting the mind, body, and soul.
My motivation to discover and address my own health issues, related to gut, inspire me to be a nutritionist so I could help others improve their own health through dietary changes and achieve new habits and a healthier lifestyle.
I am passionate about helping my clients find greater health, vitality, and improved wellness through balanced nutrition. I love inspiring and supporting people on their wellness journey and empower people to enjoy preparing and eating food which nourishes their mind and body.
I help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals naturally, safely and permanently. I provide my clients the tools they need to lose weight, restore their gut health, reduce cravings, support stable blood sugar levels and increase energy levels.
I take a holistic approach to health and wellbeing and I can help with a wide range of different health issues, which include weight loss, gut health, inflammation, energy levels, stress, and sleep. I love pant-based diet and healthy food, especially Mediterranean food, and like cooking and finding new healthy recipes.
My Philosophy
Food is meditative for me. It’s an essential part of my life that serves my body and mind, but it also brings so much joy to my day-to-day routine.
I believe in nourishing our bodies with real natural whole foods that are as close to their natural state as possible. Diets rich in whole foods are amazing for improving health and preventing disease, they are packed with essential nutrients to promote good health.
The best place to start a healthier lifestyle is in the kitchen, by throwing out all processed and refined foods which you may turn to when feeling stressed, tired or emotional. Stocking your kitchen with nutritious whole foods and having some basic appliances in your kitchen is a great way to ensure you keep your health in check. I have always been conscious of the foods I eat and the nutrients they contain, but in recent years I have explored and experimented with foods that not only nourish my body but also my soul.

What I offer
When you start your wellness journey with me, we will discuss an in-depth health assessment that covers your health, medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle analysis, goals, get to know each other and create a treatment plan that works for you. You will receive a personalised plan to help you reach your health goals.
This will include nutrition and lifestyle recommendations, a customised meal plan, helpful information related to your health goals, helpful tools and tricks, knowledge, recipe ideas, shopping list and support.
